We want you to be happy with every purchase you make at Re/Dress Online and urge you to reach out to us if you have issues beyond a normal return. We recognize that shopping online, especially for clothing, has its challenges. When considering an item, we suggest you consult our size chart as well as the measurements of the model, included on the listing.
You may return most new items (only with all tags intact) within 21 days of delivery for a full refund in store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. We are unable to offer exchanges in most cases due to our very limited small batch inventory and how fast it moves off the shelves. If you'd like an exchange, let us know when you make your return request, and we'll let you know if we have what you'd like to exchange in your size and we'll hold it for you. Once we refund your store credit, you will have to repurchase the item.
There are no cash refunds.
To make a return request, you need to log into your account and click on view order. There you will see the option to return your items. Just follow the instructions and ship your package back.
All returns packages must be received within 21 days of the date your order was received. (If you track your package, via USPS.com, you can find this date.) Returns are processed within 2-4 business days of package receipt. Refunds can only be issued or in the form of store credit, which will be put back into your online account.
The following items are non-refundable, so please do not return them:
- returns received in damaged or worn condition
- bike shorts
- sale items
- vintage items
*****If you return an item that falls into one of these categories, you will be responsible for return shipping costs to get the item back to you, or you will only be refunded 50% of the purchase price in store credit to account for a 50% restocking fee.
If you have received a defective item: please contact us via phone or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 days of the receipt of your package so that we have time to return your item to the manufacturer. Your item must still have tags on it and not be worn. We will likely ask for a photo of the defect. If you wait the full 21 day return period, it is less likely we can get you a replacement. Defective items will first be replaced, and if replacement is not available, we will refund your item once you have shipped it back to us (we will provide a postage paid envelope). If you report a defective item more than 5 days past receipt, we will not refund the item, as it becomes likely that your damage is caused by wear.
