Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make at Re/Dress Online. But we recognize that shopping online, especially for clothing has its challenges. 


You may return most new items (please keep all tags intact) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund in store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All returns packages must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from us. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of package receipt. Refunds can only be issued or in the form of store credit. We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, and we will require an additional shipping charge to re-ship your item.

The following items are non-refundable:

- Returns received in damaged or worn condition

- Intimates, tights/teggings, bodysuits, socks, leggings, and sale items.

- Vintage items

- Swimwear returned without the hygienic liner

When making your return please DO NOT ask for signature confirmation. This often leads to packages being brought back to the post office.

To make a return request, you need to log into your account and click on view order. There you will see the option to return your items. Just follow the instructions and ship your package back. It's that easy!
