We want you to be happy with every purchase you make at Re/Dress Online and urge you to reach out to us if you have issues beyond a normal return. We recognize that shopping online, especially for clothing, has its challenges.
You may return most new items (please keep all tags intact) within 21 days of delivery for a full refund in store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
There are no cash refunds.
To make a return request, you need to log into your account and click on view order. There you will see the option to return your items. Just follow the instructions and ship your package back. It's that easy!
All returns packages must be received within 14 days of the date your order was received. (If you track your package, via USPS.com, you can find this date.) Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of package receipt. Refunds can only be issued or in the form of store credit. We are unable to offer exchanges due to our very limited small batch inventory and how fast it moves off the shelves.
The following items are non-refundable, so please do not return them:
- returns received in damaged or worn condition
- sale items
- vintage items
If you return an item that falls into one of these categories, you will be responsible for return shipping costs to get the item back, or you will only be refunded 50% of the purchase price in store credit.
If you have received a defective item: please contact us via phone, website message (you can log in to your account to do this) or email within 7 days of the receipt of your package so that we have time to return your item to the manufacturer. If you wait the full 21 day return period, it is less likely we can get you a replacement. Defective items will first be replaced, and if replacement is not available, we will refund your item. If you report a defective item 14 days past receipt, we will not refund the item, as it becomes likely that your damage is caused by wear.
