Meet our Trunk Show Jewelry Designers

It's our very first trunk show at Re/Dress NYC and we're featuring 2 jewelry designers. Here's a little bit about them and their work.

Masani Wearable Sculptures - Brooklyn
Masani Wearable Sculptures infuses funky handcrafted artistry with the notion of traditional jewelry. Masani’s designs feature Afro-Caribbean inspired necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and cufflinks.

Masani Wearable Sculptures has five signature collections to cater to all jewelry lovers. The Afrokinetic Collection is perfect for those seeking chunky stones, wooden beads and earth tones. The Delilah Fay Collection is exclusively for those seeking a delicate, yet eclectic style. And the Silver Collection is a perfect blend of the two. The Gothic Collection for those of you with a wild and dark side. And The Wedding Collection catering to those who have found their soul mate.

Born in the Bronx, Masani skillfully blended her Caribbean descent and her urbanized upbringing to master the art of jewelry making. After pursing a degree in fashion merchandising and jewelry design, she worked with the famed SoHo designer Robert Lee Morris before exclusively creating her own designs. Now, Masani Wearable Sculptures can be found in various retail stores and boutiques.

Meet our Indie Plus Size Trunk Show designers

It's our very first trunk show at Re/Dress NYC and we're featuring 3 fantastic out of town designers. Here's some tidbits about them. Trunk Show - September 12th Noon to 9pm. More schedule details coming soon.

Size Queen by Bertha Pearl - PDX
Bertha designs one of a kind, limited edition and custom clothing along with fun and comfy boxers and robes. She melds her Fat Activism, love of fabric and passion for the dramatic into fabulous clothes that show off all the curves, and fit the body with comfort and ease. She's also exploring eco, organic and bamboo fabrics.

She's going to be bringing yummy hoodie dresses in multiple fabrics, bamboo knits, vintage poly fabric skirts and dresses and more...


Diesel Femme Wear by Sossity Chiricuzio - PDX
Sossity is passionate about creating clothing with style and social consciousness. Both the feminine flavor and masculine flavor lines range from XS to 8X. She works almost entirely with recycled clothing, and materials when possible, to help reduce waste, including re-purposed lingerie, ties, button down shirts, pants, suit jackets and more. Above all, she does this work to help encourage us all to hold up a loving mirror for each other, and feel beautiful.

Pieces in the trunk show will be lingerie (slips and camis), button down shirts (short and long sleeve), slip dresses made from found fabrics, and modified men's suit jackets. She'll also have ties and accessories - note this butches and men!


Cupcake & Cuddlebunny by Rachel Kacenjar - CLE
Rachel creates and sells retro inspired couture, hand-altered vintage pieces, and fantastic vintage resale for plump dumplings sizes 14-26. Her collection will include 10 new one-of-a-kind couture pieces inspired by 1950's lines and ultra modern fabrics. (She will be performing custom fittings for those interested in ordering custom pieces!) Also up for grabs will be a number of dresses and skirts from her revamped vintage line, as well as her "I'm a plump dumpling" and "Double Chins are the New Black" t-shirts (sizes M-5x) and new, limited edition 1" button sets.
