Fancy Fragrances Dress

This deep navy fabric is accented by colorful perfume bottles all over! The wrap-tie closure creates a slightly draped V neckline and leads into a lightly pleated skirt. Three quarter sleeves, knee-length hem, and  very stretchy. 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex. Wash cold, dry flat.
