Everyone needs a crinoline in their life! Wear it under a skirt or dress, or AS a skirt! This crinoline is short length, which will hit you at about mid-thigh. Elastic waistband. 100% Nylon. Made in the USA. Hand wash warm, do not bleach, hang/fluff dry. These are one size fits all and the tag is marked "LARGE." The elastic waist stretches from 34-48 and the hip measures up to 54". Best fits sizes 12-24.
