Sweet South Swing Dress- Licorice

This vintage-look stretchy cotton dress is super deluxe! Cap sleeves have stretchy elastic bands and can be worn on your shoulder or down over your arm to show more skin. A-line waist and full skirt with bottom ruffle. Dress is tea-length and looks amazing with a crinoline! Cotton is only a tad stretchy, but arm band is very stretchy. 1x-12/14, 2x-16/18, 3x-20/22  98% cotton, 2% spandex, wash cold, line dry.
