Vintage Licoricewhip Pearl-lined Cape

This cape is in gorgeous vintage condition! I can elevate any outfit from simple to fancy in a snap! It's made of double layers- a foundation of a crepe-like material and a chiffon top layer with a collar embellished with tiny pearls. The cape snaps shut with a hook and eye closure at the neck. Fits a range of sizes from 14-24.
