We want you to be happy with every purchase you make at Re/Dress NYC online. But we recognize that shopping online, especially for clothing has its challenges.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Intimates, tights/teggings, socks, bookstore, cosmetics, and final sale items
- Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox - please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box
The following items are returnable for store credit only:
- Vintage items
- Returns received more than 30 days after the original order shipment date (late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee)
- Swimwear returned without the hygienic liner

To make a return request, you need to log into your account and click on view order. There you will see the option to return your items. Just follow the instructions and ship your package back. It's that easy!
