Leggings are low waisted, and true to size. 1x=14/16, 2x=18/20, 3x=22/24

So, first off, I love these. The faces are cute, the print doesn't stretch out to much and the fabric is thick. However, I would say to those of us, who like Kim K are blessed with much booty, order a size up! I normally wear a 20/22 so i ordered the 22/24. Needless to say, I had a hard time getting it not to roll down. So, I'm either going to have to give these to a friend or hang on to them until I lose 20#....neither of which makes me happy :(
