This super full, super sexy rosette skirt is a Serita Bell exclusive!  This skater skirt is handmade, high quality and completely lined with 100% Cotton. Pull on entry with elastic waist band that is outfitted with a leatherette band. Rosette fabric is 100% polyester. Serita Bell garments are handmade to order and will arrive 3-4 weeks after your order date. Because these garments are custom made, they are not returnable.

  1. stunning, but poorly sized

    Truly, this skirt is gorgeous. Really. Fantastic. Waiting to receive it, I was all excited anticipation. However, what I ended up with is a fabulous-lookng skirt that I won't really be able to wear. The sizing doesn't match the Re/Dress size chart; the skirt is smaller in the waist than the size chart says it should be. It's uncomfortably tight. The skirt is also much shorter than the picture would indicate - like, "hey, world, would you like to see my underwear?" short. The hem also seems uneven, as it's much higher in the back (which doesn't help with keeping my underwear, well, *under*) than it is in the front. And lastly, the elastic in the waistband is smaller than the waistband and not tacked down, so it is totally, frustratingly, almost inexorably twisted - not cute, not comfortable, extremely annoying.
