Vintage Southern Sweetheart Dress

Add a floppy hat and a mason jar of sweet tea and you're the best dressed person at the picnic! This vintage frock is made from a slightly stretchy polyester that has the look of seersucker, but is much thicker. It has ties at each sleeve. Handmade and beautifully cut!
